Panel Explanation

This is a list of all of the panels we offer, and a discription of what they are, to help you decide if it is what you are looking for. If you can't make it to a panel know that most of our lessons will be taught online via our tutorial section. Though the benefit of going to a class is you can ask personal questions as well as every attendi will recieve an information booklet on the infromation covered with a few extra notes.


Sewing 101
Level: Beginner
This is a class for people who have never sewn anything before, or who have and found themselves highly confused. This class covers the essentials needed to go to a store pick out a pattern, get your fabric, cut it out and sew. With other pointers along the way like how to measure yourself for a pattern, how to read patterns, a small introduction to types of fabrics, reading the fabrics information, and threading your machine.

Cosplay 101
Level: Beginner
This class is for people who have knowledge on how to sew, but haven't done or made many cosplay themselves. In this class we will cover how to alter patterns as well as merge patterns, how to make pleated skirts and knowing the different types, basic wig styling, basic props materials and how to's, as well as how to care and store your costumes to prevent damage in between and durring conventions.
